1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Image to ASCII ("service", "we", "us"). By accessing imagetoascii.com, our related applications, or APIs, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

4. Accounts

5. Credits, Plans, and Payments

6.2 Generated Outputs

• Subject to applicable law, you own the outputs created from your inputs.
• You are solely responsible for how you use the ASCII outputs and for ensuring they comply with laws and platform policies.
• We may store anonymized or aggregated information about outputs to improve quality, detect abuse, or diagnose issues.

6.3 Our Rights

The service, including software, models, branding, and content, is owned by Image to ASCII or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for personal or authorized business purposes. No other rights are granted.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Misuse the service to impersonate individuals, spread misinformation, or create non-consensual or illegal content.
2. Upload malware, automated scripts, or perform actions that degrade performance or bypass rate limits.
3. Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract our proprietary models, code, or datasets.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Image to ASCII is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you have not paid anything, the limit is zero.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Image to ASCII, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your uploads, your use of outputs, or your breach of these terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, harms other users, or creates legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, or business adjustments. We will post the revised version with an updated date and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
